A Note From Sam

Most small business owners don't have a business. They have a job they can't quit. Everything runs through their head, their inbox, their decisions. There's no written plan, no documented process. The business is them.

I know because I lived it. The biggest bottleneck in my business wasn't sales or marketing. It was that everything important lived in my head. I'd tell my team what I expected, then forget what I'd said. They'd be frustrated. I'd be confused. The business couldn't grow past me because there was no documented system to grow into.

The shift came from building a real operating plan. Documented roles, clear systems, a meeting cadence that kept the team aligned without me being the daily connector.
